Organizational Chart

Board of Directors

Chairperson of the Board of Directors: Responsible for mediating meetings of the Board of Directors, and serves as a Director of the Board of Directors.

Directors: Responsible for the strategic direction and management of the organization, voting on amendments and organizational changes, and the hiring and oversight of organization officers.

Advisory Board

Chairperson of the Advisory Board: Responsible for mediating meetings of the Advisory Board, and serves as an advisor on the Advisory Board.

Advisory Board Members: Serves to advise and consult organization policy, structuring, and planning. Advises organization departmental officers, division managers, and Directors.

Committee for Philosophical Research & Development

Committee Chairperson: Responsible for mediating meetings of the Committee for Philosophical Research & Development, and serves to provide the results of discussions to the organization’s Directors, Advisors, and officers.

Committee Members: Serve to develop strategies to alleviate poverty, war, and ecological damage, and is involved with analysis and testing of various philosophical, cultural, and social concepts.  Functions as a think-tank for long-term objectives and understanding the holistic nature of our organization’s mission.



Executive Director: Serves the equivalent function of a “chief executive officer” or “president.” Handles the daily management of the organization, and delegates board policies within the organization. Additionally responsible for the approval and signing of organization documents.

Assistant Director: Serves the equivalent function of a “vice president,” and serves to directly assist and the Executive Director and to replace them in their absence.

Secretary: Responsible for the taking and formatting of minutes of meetings and for signing and approving documents. Additionally responsible for miscellaneous administrative tasks and paperwork.

Treasurer: Responsible for the strategic management of the organization’s treasury and finances.

Department of Central Management

Chief Management Officer (CMO): Responsible for the oversight of regional offices. Additionally responsible for the establishment of new operating locations. Oversees general daily operations and general staff and volunteers for the organization.  Coordinates regional department leaders.

Department of Financial Operations

Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Handles the daily financial and economic affairs of the organization and its subsidiaries.

Department of Public Affairs

Chief Public Affairs Officer (CPAO): Responsible for the generation of reports and strategic planning, as well as interaction with external representatives of other institutions, and handles other public activities and programs.

Department of Scientific Research

Chief Scientific Research Officer (CSRO): Oversees research and development within the arenas of natural and social sciences. May work with other departments to source proper expertise in other fields for projects.

Department of Artistic Development

Chief Artistry Officer (CAO): Oversees all creative projects on behalf of the organization, including both public and private works.

Department of Security Operations

Chief Operations Officer (COO): Manages cyber-security concerns, such as digital payment systems or the protection of office wireless networks.
